tpower1's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The tpower1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tpower1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, and expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible under law.
